Can't remove Minecraft Texture Update Beta from Realm

I can not remove the Minecraft Texture Update Beta.

1. Deactivate Minecraft Texture Update Beta from active realm resource packs.

   1. “Minecraft Texture Update Beta has been deactivated”

2. Return to edit realm screen.

   1. “Error - some of the selected content could not be applied”

   2. Minecraft Texture Update Beta is reactivated.

I have removed the Minecraft Texture Update Beta from my storage and local active resources (see screenshots).

After downloading realm and deactivating Minecraft Texture Update Beta, I am unable to play world on realm (button is greyed out - see screenshot).
