Custom skins not working

After I updated my minecraft to 1.21.80,my skins are not loading,as in it is infinitely loading,and I cannot go to “Classic skins” to change my skin either. To fix this problem I have tried to re-install my minecraft to see if it fixes the issue but nothing has changed. If I click on the “Create Character” option,it doesn’t let me create a skin from “Classic skins" nor does it let me choose which skin I want to create from default skins. It also doesn't let me use a skin from a skin pack.

I have tried to search on YouTube or the bug report site to see if there are any ways to fix this issue or if anyone else is having this issue but I didn’t see anything related to this particular issue. That’s why,I have decided to report this bug/issue.
