[MCPE-218945] Shaders and settings doesn't work

So for some reason, ever since I updated Minecraft to its latest version, the shaders aren’t working anymore, I’ve tried it on many different shaders. Also the global resources in settings, I am not able to scroll down to remove certain resource packs I don’t need anymore

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.

Okay let me report per ticket. I am not able to delete resources or behavior packs as soon as I got them imported because the storage section won’t let me scroll down to actually delete the ones I don’t need so I always have to delete my Minecraft data, forcing me to have to make temporary worlds
