Skin bugs

So when i updated my Minecraft version from the play store to 1.21.90 my skin got wiped, i thought it's just wifi problems but i tried reloading the skin it keeps telling me it failed. So i tried downloading older version from Google(1.21.80) back(i already bought the game so it's not illegal) it turned out really the skin got wiped, but the items loading worked in that update. I'll share my skin and what they gave me when my skin got wiped. And one problem i have. There's a bunch of writing upper the screen that it covers more of the view. Idk what's that but all i can see is my FPS and what phone i have, idk why Minecraft showing this? But yeah it covers all the upper part. The selfie of me is the proof for the screen covering thing.
