Extreme difficulty managing packages in the storage tab

The storage tab has a problem, the buttons on it are static, following dropdowns to select packages. There are too many buttons above it and it leaves little space to display to manage addons since these buttons are fixed. It would be nice to be able to drag these buttons up to have more space to see the packages.

The part where you can see the addon is the only one that responds to commands to raise or lower the dropdown.
