Texture is different

I haven't done this before, So the thing is

I just started a new world started playing it and wet to look other messages I received and then I returned to playing but the pumpkins look black with white marking torch look like a flower and another flowers look like thin green square (⬛️ <-green) what could be the problem..

the version is 1.20.79
