Candy texture pack and Halloween texture pack are not applying the correct textures to certain mobs in randomized worlds

Problem Description:

The Candy texture pack and the Halloween texture pack are not applying the correct textures to certain mobs in randomized worlds. Worlds created using the Halloween template are not affected and the above mobs will have their correct textures. The affected mobs are:

Chickens

Cows

Pigs

Cats with the "Jellie" pattern

Mooshrooms

Magma cubes

Creaking

Tropical fish
