Unable to manage my addons or delete them properly

After installing the 1.21.80 update, the scroll functionality in the “Storage” tab of the Minecraft Bedrock settings no longer works. I tested both touch gestures and a Bluetooth controller, and neither allows me to scroll down the list. Because of this, I can’t manage or delete behavior/resource packs properly. This issue makes it very difficult to free up storage or remove unwanted addons.
