Minion's (Vector's Moon Base)

I've purchased the minions world & I love creating the world to my liking but, I cannot seem to create "vector's" Moon base to my liking. I totally understand that it is apart of the movie/game but giving that I paid for the world to be customized to my liking. I would like to build the moon base aswell, but I can't because itl cut-out & teleport me back to the original game world & I would just like if it didn't do that, so I could also customize the moon base to my liking. If you could issue some type of “blocker” to stop it from doing that. That would help-
