[MCPE-219369] Minecraft never loads, loads infinitely

When signing in to Microsoft, going into marketplace, or any marketplace related activities, it takes too much time to load. Also opening settings takes too much time to load when offline, skins also takes too much time too load. Everything after 1.21.90.23

Aww yeah thanks, its my first time uploading a bug even though im a consistent beta user , I never really had any serious problem until now. Thanks
