Cannot scroll in storage

I am playing MCPE on android

I want to delete some worlds and some templates and some add-ons , but when I go to settings ---> storage the “storage” I can't scroll it , the hall page I can't scroll it or even can scroll the little down side of screen to delete what I want to delete.
