Microsoft Sign-In Not Working – No aka.ms/remoteconnect Appears (Android / Realme 6i / Minecraft 1.21.80)

I am experiencing a login bug in Minecraft version 1.21.80 on Android (Realme 6i). When I tap “Sign in with Microsoft,” the screen shows loading for a few seconds, then it returns to the lobby without showing any login page or aka.ms/remoteconnect code.

I have already tried the following:

• Cleared Minecraft cache and storage

• Cleared Chrome and WebView cache

• Reinstalled Minecraft

• Tried with another Microsoft account

• Set Microsoft Edge as default browser

• Tried using Xbox app for authentication

Despite all these, the login still does not work. This issue seems to affect other users on Realme and similar Android devices as well. This appears to be a bug in the login flow for this version

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install Minecraft 1.21.80 on Realme 6i

2. Open the game

3. Tap “Sign in with Microsoft”

4. Observe: Loading screen appears, then returns to main screen with no login

Expected Behavior:

The Microsoft login page or aka.ms/remoteconnect code should appear to allow successful sign-in.

Actual Behavior:

Nothing appears; just returns to the lobby silently.
