[MCPE-21951] Title Commamd Not Working In 1.1.0.9

Attached is a file of a video i made on a custom map ive been working on. i just tried to use the /title command in a command block and it didnt show up at all. i show the basic command trying to be run in a commamd block. it says it executed the commamd in the commamd block output, but no title is ever displayed.

confirmed. by having that particular resource pack enabled caused the bug descibed above. All i did was disable the resource pack under settings and the /title command worked again.
