Minecraft textures changing after leaving the game for some minutes

while playing Minecraft (Bedrock Edition, V.1.21.80) I turned off my phone for a moment (but the game was still active) because i was buzy, i went back to play, and all the textures in the game became random, the music block was netherite, trapdoors looked like blossom flowers or i dont remember what they were called, anyway the game looked like a horror. Here is a proof under the message (i didn’t change the textures by the way)
