Random lag in specific area. (Nether)

whenever I go to this specific area of the nether, extreme lag happens. it goes all the way from the roof of the nether to the bottom. I’ve checked for everything possible so far. I have checked for entity crammings, turned it on peaceful. No spawners nearby nor structures. no farms either. I’ve tried to create a new world with the same seed, and everything was fine in this specific area. I’m unsure of what it could be, it seems to be out of nowhere… I have even updated my windows and restarted my computer several times, yet nothing seems to fix this problem.
