Entire game is bugged out and I can not acces anything apart from notifications.

The same bug was on 1.21.80 and it is still exactly the same. Nothing will load and I cannot access anything. Sometimes it will give error code and sometimes the graphics just turn into black and pink squares. This has been happening for almost a week so a fix would be nice. Thank you.
