The loading screen for the Marketplace won't finish loading when I click the Dressing Room button, and I can't access my skins

Every time I click the Dressing Room button in the main menu, a Marketplace screen shows up saying “checking the Marketplace for daily content”, but it won’t finish loading. It eventually goes away, but afterwards it won’t let me access my skins.
