Marketplace and Dressing room no longer works

When I try to access the marketplace or the dressing room, it doesn't work and instead shows a marketplace loading screen when opening both separately

And the marketplace throws an error showing that I am offline and connect to the network and try again,

Mainly because the game is thinking I'm offline, but my network is always connected.

Here are screenshot of this issue occurring, and also affects the use of marketplace skins and changes to one of the default skins, ie. Efe or Kai.
