Left and Right arm selector no longer appears

• Steps to reproduce the issue

Create or use an existing persona/character creator skin and enable a custom arm. The left and right selector above the ‘Owned Arms’ text is no longer present.

Tested on Android, Switch, iOS & Windows

• Expected result

The option to chose which arms will have the custom ones applied should be present.

• Actual result

There’s no option to chose anymore
