[MCPE-2199] minecraft sign bug?

i placed a sign with words about 2 months ago and then i came back playing and the signs i placed disapeared and when i try place again it goes like this

on mcpe - 1592 the text thing is still on it but the sign i put just disapeared and the text was gone too
