The bug appears to affect bundles. When using the Craftable houses add-on if you have items in a bundle it causes the items to vanish & items can't be placed into the bundles until you drop the bundle from inventory. I've tested this out multiple times & can verify that the bug happens only if you place a craftable houses while having a bundle in your inventory.
