1.21.80 Bug can't access marketplace and change skin

I was downloading the latest version of minecraft 1.21.81 the other day. After the download was complete, I opened minecraft 1.21.81. When I entered the lobby, I couldn't access marketplace and change. I think this is a serious bug.
