When I Open Minecraft one my mobile Phone, Is the controller control activated and I can't do anything in the game because the touchscreen doesn't work.

Do you have the "Touch Only Affects Hotbar" option enabled in Settings > Touch? If so, does the issue still occur if you disable it?
