PUMPKIN FESTIVAL

At the fall event, I took the pumpkins to the plaza, talked to Kuromi and Badatz Maru, and once I entered the fountain, I couldn't get out; it was stuck. I restarted the game, and it's still in the same position. It won't let me exit the event, and it won't go to sleep either. WHAT DO I DO? HELP!
