items that fall though the EnderDragon portal don't show up at spawn or deload from the game.

So here i go to kill the dragon, the egg spawns and i got to move it. the egg teleported over the end portal and fell though. (blocks should end up at world spawn), when going though the portal back to world spawn nothings there. like the portal deletes the items then going though.
