I need to report a bug where my game froze, and I could no longer see the progress of it (I'm talking about Minecraft). I was playing with my friend, and when it happened, he couldn't open any chests, barrels, furnaces, crafting tables, etc., and I was stuck with the saving icon (a chest with an arrow) that wasn't moving. Thanks to that, I noticed that everything had frozen.
I tried to exit the game normally by pressing the option button on my PlayStation controller, but the command didn't work. My friend exited the game normally and could no longer see me online, even though I was still in the world. His Xbox said that I had been offline for 1 minute, but I was still inside the game, and everything was frozen.
I forcibly closed the game by holding down the PS button on my controller and quitting Minecraft. When I reentered my world, everything resumed correctly.
