Several frames drops(fps) when game is rendering more than 4 or 5 players

Several frames drops and consistent 15 to 20 frames starts to drop when game renders more than 4 or 5 sometimes even 1 player.this is happening in every version after logo of Minecraft was changed it has become harder to play mini games in servers and this kind of lag has become very common.my 70 fps gameplay becomes 50 fps almost 20 fps drops and it becomes harder to play and sometimes it even becomes 45 or 40 when rendered around 5 players and sometimes lag spikes occour when I go too near to a player almost 30 fps drops

If Minecraft team could fix this issue I would be greatful 🙏
