Turning on vibrant visuals in android turns everything green, even without any resources pack

When I turned on vibrant visuals in the settings in main menu. I noticed the panorama background turned green then when I entered my world everything turns green as well. It maybe has to do something with my Mali gpu or any device is affected with this problem
