Very slow signing up

English isn't my first language but I'll do my best to explain it. I never really had any issues when playing minecraft with my cousins however, a few weeks ago, I've been having an issues. VERY SLOW SIGNING UP and WORLD CAN'T LOAD WHEN OFFLINE. This issues really makes my patience run thin, having to wait for a long time that almost took 5 minutes or more. I tried to restart the game and even check my internet connection REPEATEDLY, but it's still the same.
