Harness model is not centered vertically on the happy ghast

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Place down a minecart

  2. Spawn a happy ghast next to it to ensure it can’t move

  3. Look closely at the bottom of its model while you equip a harness on it

Observed Results:
The happy ghast is scaled down from its origin rather than the center of its hitbox, making the equipped harness float slightly. This makes the happy ghast appear taller and show too much of its forehead when compared to Java, especially when its goggles are down.

Expected Results:
The happy ghast is shrunk down from its center, keeping the visual consistency and matching Java Edition.
