Character skin, importing skin

Sorry if my english is bad but i hope you understand this. I buy the minecraft from playstore i think last 2 weeks then one day i starting to experienced some problem like, when i open my minecraft my character skin suddenly gone. I tried to go to wardrobe to change skin but I can't import some skin. For example. I choose the edit character, it will ask me if Choose in character list(i think) then second is classic skin which is supposed to take me where i can import my character from gallery. The problem is when i choose classic skin its automatically creating a character from the character list although i choose “classic skin” and it won't take me where i can import my character skin.. i hope you understand and please fix it or maybe sent me an email to help me how can i fix it, its hard to enjoy the game when I can't use my character..

+ If possible I'm hoping to fix or make more sign up more easier because its hard to sign up in microsoft acc, i think if you can make it more easy it can helps. It tells me error code creeper even my connection is good thanks for your time.
