When I eat/drink while entering the nether portal, after exiting I still eat automatically.

When I am in the process of consuming something while entering a nether portal, after exiting the nether portal I continue eating automatically without pressing anything.

How to reproduce:

Build a nether portal and have some food in your hand. While entering the nether portal start eating. Don't finish eating before entering the Nether dimension.

Expected result:

You shouldn't finish eating the food after entering the Nether.

Actual result:

You finish eating automatically without pressing anything.
