I am using Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.81 on Android. My friend and I have Microsoft accounts, multiplayer is enabled, and we added each other. But the friends list is empty and we can't invite each other. We tried restarting, logging out, checking privacy settings, and clearing cache, but nothing works. Please fix this.

Confirm, friend on Samsung phone can see my world on iPad and try to join, but gets an error. I do not see them on my Friends list.
