nothing works

When I open the game I get to the main menu (as normal) but from that point on if I try to do anything it doesn’t work (custom skins, login with microsoft, start to play etc.). Some times (about every 4-5 restart of the game) I can open the world selection but creating a new world or loading into one takes more than 1h (I gave up after that hour passed

I have a Motorola edga 40 pro if that matters and everything worked before.
