When you go to the end and then return to the overworld, you can still hear the end flashing sounds

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the end

2. Stay to hear some end flahing sound noices

3. Return to the overworld (by dying or by portal)

4. Stay in the overworld and hear

Observed Results:
Once you go back to the overworld, you can still hear the end flash sound happening.

Expected Results:
The end flash sound should only be heared in the end when the end flash occurs
