The brush keeps brushing even when the button is not pressed.

This bug occurs on mobile devices in a specific control mode, it involves the brush. When I hit the attack button with the brush item in hand, it keeps doing the animation and brushing for no reason, and when changing the item in the hotbar, when this happens and I switch to a block, it selects it by itself without me pressing any buttons.I hope this bug gets fixed, regards :)}
