Unable to view capes on bedrock even though they are on Java

I have a bunch of Minecraft Capes that show up on Java but fail to show up on Bedrock. They did show up formally before the Common Cape became aquireable. I have a bunch of Bedrock Official Event Capes on Java that fail to show in my Bedrock Wardrobe.

In the first screenshot you'll see I have Bedrock Event Capes but on Bedrock I only have the Common and Pan Cape
