Character Creator: cannot select arm width options on characters (not classic skins)

Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Minecraft

2. Press on ‘Dressing Room’

3. Go to Body and press Size

4. Press the Narrow option

   Observed results

5. It remains ‘Getting Started’

   Expected results

   you should be able to change it to narrow

However, you can still press the size options, not the width options
