When I have visited a new trial chamber the vaults in there didn't opened and looked exchanged. But I play only in single player

You need to use a Trial Key, when holding one interact with the Vault.
Make sure you are using the right Trial Key for the correct Vault. E.g. An Ominous Trial Key won't open a normal Vault.
