Trial Vaults and Ominous Vaults not working.

I’ve been trying to clear my second trial chamber when the game crashed. Once I logged back in, every single vault refused to react to my character, even vaults I am yet to open. This was the case for both regular and ominous vaults and using the proper keys on either yielded no results. I would also like to mention that I don’t use mods, resources packs or behavior packs on this or any world.
