Can't log in into my Microsoft account

Its been a while since I can’t log into my account anymore, it would just load forever or show me only the background of the main screen. I tried waiting for an update and when it came, nothing changed. Today I also decided to leave the beta since I wanted to play in a server, but every time I uninstall and download the game, it’s stuck in the beta. It's not the first time leaving it, I did what I always did yet this time it didn’t work. I'm pretty much stuck and it's not the first time this has happened, but last time the issue was fixed the next day.
