This isn't a Bug It's a Recommended feature!!!!
Just got minecraft on my ps5 and i noticed that there is no possibility on putting my own skin in the game which is a bit disheartening. I put a lot of effort into making my skins and it's disappointing to not use it after i put in so much time in them. So if you could figure out a way i can use my own skins i would really appreciate it.
(Ps. If it could be done then can you make it possible to use HD skins in bedrock edition as well i would love to use them as well. Of course if it's not possible than it isn't necessary to put hd skins in bedrock edition but i'm sure it would be well received.)

Custom skins cannot be used on consoles due to platform limitations, so Mojang cannot add this feature unless Sony/Microsoft/Nintendo allow it.
If by HD skins you mean 128x128 skins, these can already be used on Bedrock. If not, you can post a suggestion on the Minecraft Feedback site or Minecraft Feedback Discord server.
