When placing or breaking blocks i get some weird x-ray like glitch. This is most noticeable on the nether where there are more emissive blocks and the speed at which the blocks are placed/broken seems to make this bug more frequent. I have confirmed this issue is not present on the 1.21 version but it is from 1.21.70 to the current release
