On behalf of Minecraft Bedrock Players, I am posting this bug. There has been a bug since 1.21.80 . The Minecraft Marketplace is not loading. As you can see in the screenshot below, this problem has been repeatedly occurring. Also we can't import custom skins. This has been happening with many players right now. I request Mojang to fix it as fast as possible.
