Issue with lag Spikes

Hello, while i was playing Minecraft, i couldt stop noticing my game some times laging and then coming back, and even if reduced my fps or used options that would make my game less laged it still dindt work, and not only me but my friends also had this bug and heres a video to show what type of problem im having. Thank you, and i hope this problem gets fixed beacuse its impossible to play like this
