RTX not working

when i join a marketplace rtx world or when i use a rtx texture pack it doesnt load when i join the world and when i try to turn rtx on it appears to work but when i exit settings it still isnt on. and when i go back to setting rtx is turned off somehow like the auto turns it back off when i exit settings. so please fix this it is ruining my and many others experiences play minecrft bedrock.
