Creating problems in some devices

Whenever I want to see my world or delete resource pack etc we have to got to setting>storage>multiselect but to see multiselect we have to scroll and it doesn't scroll

I can't see my world as an old player I know where files are but when I go to android there are no games file , com.mojang file anywhere though my worlds are in external please provide a video solution for new version or fix it from official side
