In the first video, when I try to switch between my sword and my rod fast while attacking, the rod just doesn't work at all even though I'm timing them both correctly. However, in the second video i do exactly the same, but this time looking at a solid block within my reach, and the rod starts working 100% of the times.
In the third video, i put an autoclicker on that is spamming both the attack and use buttons at the same time, and then I switch between input devices (touch and kbm) , to show that on touch it doesn't work, while on keyboard and mouse it works. this means that it's not a matter of timing at all, it's just that the touch input limits how fast you can use the rod, which represents a very big disadvantage for mobile players in pvp because a lot of times when trying to rod it just doesn't work.
