*When Transferring Minecraft World files to new version, it gets stuck at the loading screen (not frozen) *

I downloaded a new vesrion of minecraft so i can play with the gastling in my old world from 1.21.70.23, only to find out that when transferring world files Like Grabbing the world then put it in a random folder then get it back an dput it at (Minecraft World) in 1.21.90.28 Doesnt work anymore instead It doesnt load and gets stuck at the loading screen At 0%.Note : Frames Per second was 60. HELP ME (attachment is only a few seconds long i cant recprd the whole thing its just boring and realy stuck)
