Game Crashes when getting into the Nether

When I enter the Nether, always 100% Crashes, even if I’m just get in the Portal, always crashes.

And I have to get away from Nether spawn zone in order to Keep playing.

I play with the Actions And Stuff, but even with the Resource Pack disabled it crashes still. I don’t know why. I’ll send clips showing what happens and it happened everytime.
